Before generation
If a creation pass has not been used, contact support for help with refunds or redemption issues.
Claim codes, campaign credits, and debug pricing may follow separate rules.
After generation starts
Once generation begins, third-party model and storage costs may already be incurred, so refunds depend on the failure reason.
If a platform issue prevents generation or access, we prioritize retrying, restoring the pass, or manual support.
